DIGITIZING:
* Place your request for a quote via our Contact Us form.
* Attach your design/logo in a a bitmap or  jpeg format.
* State the size of your hoop.
* State the embroidery format in which you wish to receive the design.
* When you accept our quote, you make payment and send proof via email.
* Design will then be sent to you via email attachment.

EMBROIDERY:
* Place your request for a quote via our Contact Us form.
* You may either provide your own items, or purchase from our catalogue.

PROMOTIONAL CLOTHING:
* View our extensive virtual catalogue.
* Place your request for a quote via our Contact Us form.
* Refer to page number, style number, sizes, colour.
* Please place your order via our Contact Us form, stating FULL details, namely page number, style number, sizes, colour.
* Remember to attach your logo in jpeg  or bitmap format.
* 80% deposit is payable on placing of order.  Email proof to us.
* We will advise when your order is ready for collection (courier).
* Balance of 20% is payable when collecting (E.F.T. customers to bring proof of electronic payment).
* No returns unless manufacturing fault.  Know your sizes.

PAYMENT TERMS:
* Strictly cash on collecting goods, or provide proof of E.F.T.
* We will provide Banking details when we invoice you
